Nisu Company Limited is a technology company which believes in investing the right amount of technology to grow its company, to provide the best & convenience products and services to its customers. Its aim is to continually improve the service to meet its customers’ requirements and to provide high quality products and services that it can be proud of.

In order to achieve the above it must implement a management system that complies with the international standard of good practices such as ISO 9001. It must also include a commitment to meet the requirements of its customers, learn from customers’ feedback, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems and/or technology to assist all personnel to achieve the required standards.

The company, management and its employees are committed to constantly review and improve its quality management system and to use the quality procedures in their daily work to meet and/or exceed the requirements of ISO 9001.

While the company endeavors to produce work and offer a service that it can be proud of, it has to recognize that it does not always achieve its own standards. When a customer complaints, the company is committed to thoroughly investigate and resolve all complaints at timely and professional manner.
